Depend on the source of our stock, pre-order items usually arrive before street date, or within a span of 1-6 weeks after street date. You will be notified with delays.

All items are packed securely using dedicated vinyl and CD mailers and wraps.

We have a 30-day exchange/return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, if the item is in perfect/mint condition with a receipt.
