Unhappy with your purchase? We're here to help!

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (if eligible). To start a return, you need to contact us using the support button at the bottom right corner. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a request will NOT be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with stickers and in its original packaging. Sealed vinyl should be unopened, brand new and still in mint condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make things right.

Sometimes vinyl records and CDs can be faulty during manufacture and delivery. If your item is faulty on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We are happy to assist you once the issue is identified. If the issue is considered as common manufacture or delivery imperfections, such as "pop" sounds when playing, small corner folds and seam splits on the vinyl jacket, returns will NOT be accepted.

If you receive an incorrect item that was sent by us, we are happy to offer exchange or return free of charge.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do NOT accept returns for second-hand items, merch product, gifts cards, sales and deal items or listed as [damaged] items. All vinyls that are not graded as MINT disc condition are second-hand items. Due to the nature of vinyl, change of mind and incorrect purchases will NOT be accepted for return. Unfortunately, we can NOT accept returns on sale items. International orders are not eligible for exchange or return, unless it's poorly damaged.

Pre-orders
We generally do not accept cancellation or refund for pre-orders of exclusive releases, limited editions and import items. If you request a cancellation, please reach out within 7 days after the date of purchase. If we have captured your payment, your funds will be deposited to your store credit. 

It is unfortunate that sometimes pre-orders can be oversold. If we're unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and offer refund as soon as we are notified.  

Shipping Protection
You can choose to purchase shipping protection with your order. The cost is a variable of 3% and will be calculated automatically based on your order subtotal. We ship all our parcels with Australia Post, shipping protection will let you access AusPost 'Extra Cover' service. You will be entitled compensation when your parcel is damaged, stolen or missing at transit, after a review and investigate by AusPost. If you choose not too purchase shipping protection, we are not liable for any damages or other issues at transit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return/exchange is approved, depending on the reason, we will primarily refund the amount to your store credit. If you would like to be refunded to your original payment method, a 2% processing fee may apply. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
