Local Pickup (Appointment Only)

You are now able to pickup from Southbank, VIC 3006 under appointment. As we are an indie business without a storefront just yet, you will be contacted to arrange your pickup. Pickup location will be detailed in pickup notification email. Only when you receive your pickup confirmation, your order would be ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email and ID to pickup your items. Shipping

We use secure mailers to ship all items promptly within 3 business days. However, you might experience slight delays during busy seasons when we aim to ship your order within 3 business days. Depending on the source, imported pre-order stock typically arrives 1-6 weeks post-release.

We use Australia Post Parcel Post for all our orders. Please visit Australia Post website for service details.

Shipping Protection

AU customers: You can choose to purchase shipping protection with your order. The cost is a variable of 3% and will calculated automatically based on your order subtotal. We ship all our parcels with Australia Post, shipping protection will let you access AusPost 'Extra Cover' service. You will be entitled compensation when your parcel is damaged, stolen or missing at transit, after a review and investigate by AusPost. If you choose not to purchase shipping protection, we are not liable for lost or damages at transit. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding the shipping protection service or a damaged parcel. 

International customers: Shipping protection is now available to you as well.
