Parcels are sent out when all items in an order are available and ready. If your order has a mixture of in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship your order once the last pre-order item arrives and ready to ship. Please contact us for seperate delivery requests (extra delivery charge will apply).

Local Pickup (Appointment Only)

You can now pickup your order at pickup location in Southbank VIC 3006. You will be notified the exact location in the pickup email. As we are an indie business without a store front just yet, we only offer pickups under appointment. Your item(s) and the entire order need to be in-stock in order to fulfil the pickup. Make sure to deselect shipping protection if you're choosing the local pickup option.Once we receive your pickup order, we will contact you regarding your pickup arrangement when it's ready. Your order will only be available for pickups after you have received your pickup conformation email. Please bring email conformation and ID upon collection.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location. Please note that all prices for international orders are tax exclusive. International customers are responsible for paying any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate applicable in their respective countries at point of delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We use secure mailers to ship all items promptly within 3 business days. Pre-order items typically arrive 1-6 weeks post-release, then ship to customers within 3 business days. Please see the detailed pre-order information in product page for specific release and time information. We use Australia Post for all our order deliveries. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days (standard) and 1-3 business days (express) within Australia. For international buyers, it may take up to 6 weeks depending on your location. What is condition grading of vinyl records? What can I expect my vinyl record to look and play like?
