Short n' Sweet Alternative Cover Green LP

I ordered 2 vinyl and received only one of the vinyl I ordered and a book that was mistakingly sent. I’m all for mistakes happen as long as they are corrected and some form of compensation to be offered.

But I am so disappointed by the absolute lack of communication and care from this company. The only “compensation” I was offered was that they wouldn’t charge me for the return of then item that they sent incorrectly!

The company wouldn’t send me my item until I processed the return. They have now had their book back for weeks and have ignored all my emails and efforts to communicate with them on social media about when I will receive the item I actually ordered!

It’s been a nightmare to deal with and at the point where I will now have to contact consumer affairs because they’re ignoring all attempts to communicate.

I wouldn’t buy from here again, not because they made a mistake but because this has been poorly managed for months

packaged well

Came in great condition, Charlie was super easy to connect with and I had an overall great experience. Got to my home in Canada in exactly 7 business days. Will be buying from here again! :))
