Pre-order items will only be available on or after the date of release. Import items usually takes 2-6 weeks to arrive in our inventory after release. You may get order updates during this time. Once it's in stock, we will ship the item within 3 business days.

Parcels are sent out when all items in your order are available. For seperate delivery requests, please contact us (extra delivery charge will apply).

Return

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. As the nature of vinyls and CDs, returns are accepted under limited conditions. Please read our refund policy for more information.
