Import-upon-order items are on pre-order. We order from our suppliers once you put down your order with us. It usually takes 3-5 weeks for this type of items to arrive in our inventory.

All items are packed securely using dedicated vinyl and CD mailers and wraps.

We have a 30-day exchange/return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, if the item is in perfect/mint condition with a receipt.
